Chicken Noodle Soup

I make this for my family any time we need a little warm up or any time we aren’t feeling well. In the making of this this week I missed some pictures of some of the steps due to a family thing that came up but here is the recipe. It is super simple and easy to make. I also used some of my new Pampered Chef tools, which was exciting!


  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts or I’ve also used a whole small rotisserie chicken
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 2 Stalks of celery
  • 1/2 sweet yellow onion
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 2 48oz of low sodium Chicken/ Bone Broth
  • 1 12oz egg noodles
  • 1 TBSP Garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • To taste Garlic salt
  • To taste Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Rosemary (I actually use 1 drop of Rosemary Vitality oil)
  • 1 tsp Thyme (I actually use 1 drop of Thyme Vitality oil)
  • 1 tsp Oregano (I actually use 1 drop of Oregano Vitality oil)
